These highly polished Folding Stud Mount Cleats lock down when not in use and flip back up when it’s time to tie off. Surface mount means there are no drain tubes or receptacles required to prevent leaks. Installation is easy with two standard bit size holes drilled for the studs (no cutouts or hole saws required). The stud mounted fasteners are hidden for an attractive, flush appearance. Constructed of corrosion resistant investment cast 316 stainless steel.
